Eligibility Criteria

Manager (Track)

Candidates applying should possess expertise in railway/metro track construction or maintenance, with current or prior employment in government entities such as Indian Railways, CPSUs, or Metro services. Applicants must have served at the Group ‘A’ or Group ‘B’ Gazetted officer level for at least 5 years, meeting the CDA Pay Scale Level 11 (₹67,700–₹2,08,700) or IDA Pay Scale ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000 criteria under the 7th CPC.

Assistant Manager (Track)

Candidates should possess commensurate experience as outlined above, including eligibility for current or former employment in relevant government organizations, specifically Group ‘B’ Gazetted officers. The pay scales applicable are CDA Pay Scale: Level 10 (₹56,100-₹1,77,500), Level 9 (₹53,100-₹1,67,800), Level 8 (₹47,600-₹1,51,100) as per 7th CPC, and IDA Pay Scale: ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000. Applicants must have at least 3 years of service at the Gazetted/Executive level within the specified pay scales.

Job Description

The selected candidates will be responsible for managing track maintenance and installation works for Metro projects, with initial postings in Mumbai. However, there may be transfers to other project sites under DMRC’s control, both within India and abroad.

Terms of Engagement

The engagement will be on a post-retirement contractual basis for an initial period of three years, which may be extended based on the project requirements and performance. The consolidated fee will be based on the last substantive grade held by the candidate, with restrictions in place for those at higher grades.

Selection Process
