Vacancy Overview
Project Director (Electrical) position is available for the Sivok–Rangpo Rail Project in Siliguri, West Bengal. This role is initially set for a duration of 3 years, with the possibility of extension up to 5 years. There is one vacancy for this position. Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualifications and Experience
The candidate must be an Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE) officer with at least 4 years of service in the Senior Administrative Grade (SAG). This experience should include expertise in the construction and maintenance of substations, electrical general services, and railway electrification.
The candidate must have received an “Outstanding” rating in at least 3 of their last 5 Annual Confidential Reports (ACRs) or Annual Performance Appraisal Reports (APARs), with none rated below “Very Good”. The candidate should also possess extensive experience in the relevant field, including bid preparation, tendering, project execution, and interactions with contractors, suppliers, local authorities, and clients/consultants.

Salary and Benefits
1. Scale of Pay
- For HAG/NFHAG Officers: Pay matrix level 15, ranging from Rs. 182200 to Rs. 224100 (CDA), with allowance.
- For SAG Officers: Pay matrix level 14, ranging from Rs. 144200 to Rs. 218200 (CDA).
