Qualification and Experience

1. General Manager (Civil/Ports): The minimum qualification required is a post-graduation in Port Planning, Ocean Engineering, Marine Structures, Civil Engineering with Marine Structures, Naval Architecture & Ocean Engineering, or a related field. Additionally, candidates must have at least 17 years of experience in Port Planning and Development, Port upgrading and Modernizing Projects, Breakwaters, Wharf, Berthing Jetty, Dredging, and Reclamation.
2. Additional General Manager (Marine): The minimum qualification required is a Under graduate degree in Civil Engineering or a related field and with a post-graduate degree in Ocean Structure or a related field. Additionally, candidates must have a minimum of 14 years of experience in port planning and the design of breakwaters, piers, berthing jetties, Ro-Ro jetties, slipways, offshore platforms, and related structures.
3. General Manager (IWT Sector Expert): The requirement is an Undergraduate in Civil Engineering and Marine Engineering. Candidates must have a total of 14 years of experience, with at least 10 years specifically in Ports & Harbor/IWT Terminal Planning, IWT Infrastructure Planning, and the development of physical activities for operation.
